hello there everyone....new uk member,just installed my speed bag in garage and totally hooked.got the basics going and invested in the speed bag bible.im a huge mma and boxing fan.anyway just wanted to say hello and hopefully ill put some pics and videos on soon....jordy74..

Hey Jordy welcome to the forum. Speed bagging is taking off in the UK, which is great. I've been sending books and DVD's over there for years and there are some really talented baggers over there. I know there is an active bunch down in Wales also
