All in good time, it will come to you. It's all about control to begin with, the speed will naturally come where you won't have to keep counting, you'll be hitting it like in auto mode.

Take a look at this video. SpeedBagSkunk's channel is a good place to start. Also, buy 'The Speed Bag Bible', it's a book and DVD by Alan Kahn (speedbag) the best piece of equipment you'll ever buy.

I think i'm gonna need to put tape around the loop of the speed bag as it keeps slipping on the swivel, is that common? The sand has helped ALOT btw. I can't go that fast on the basic LL RR will I get faster in time? Or can you only go fast with fist rolling?

Yeah that's common mate, a bit of tape around the loop will sort it. You will get faster in good time. Hows that bag doing anyway? I've hit a couple of BBE bags and found them slow. Make a video of you hitting the bag and let's see if your problem is with the bag.

lol ok mate will do tomorrow so I can get some decent lighting. Don't expect to much from me though lol. It does seem slow but it might just be me so i'll see what you think. I am also looking to purchase a pro box peanut ball as you lot seem to recommend those.

Looking forward to it mate, don't worry about your skill levels, we'll help you improve just from watching your video.....That's what it's all about!

Yeah, that Pro Box Extreme is a good ball for the price. I don't know how the hard loop will last, mine is wearing thin already.

When your ready to upgrade to a better bag, go for the Everlast 4x6. It's cheap at just £16.99 from Sports Direct. Here It's an extra small bag therefore a little more tricky to keep under control. If you feel confident, then this is the bag you want.

Someone's probably already mentioned this, but I've been using a small zip tie -- works great, the tape doesn't gum up the loop, and it's two seconds to put it on or take it off...

And, you can snug it up as close to the swivel as you like.

                  Just thought I'd mention it...

Yeah! It's more recommended than the pro box, the Everlast bags take some beating. You won't go wrong with the Everlast bag. I'll post a picture starting a new post on my Pro Box bag and my concerns.
