Two items received, waiting on # 3

I got my interval Gymboss Interval timer Monday. It's smaller than I expected but is worth it. I love the online timer, I just don't have a laptop so this little doodad is perfect. Got my Everlast High Performance Speed Bag today!! Tried it out and I LOVE IT! I mistakenly thought it was a 4200, but it's this one . Still a nice bag! Got it for $27.50! The Everlast Black and Yellow 4x6 is still on the way. I see a lot of quality time on the horizon!

met, it's a small world after all. I also received a workout timer today:

Today I used it and went 10 two minute rounds of boxing with either the heavy bag, speed bag or DE bag, then put it for a 1 minute "rest" in between rounds so I could run in place or do squats. Then I did stuff I didn't use the timer on (like drink a beer).

After using the gym timer at the boxing gym, you grow to like them.

Hey Metaldad, How you feelin' brother? Hope thing's are goin' well. Did you get your stuff through "Title" or on Ebay? How's that bag? Is it fairly light in weight? I might be in the market for a timer, right now I just work on the bag until my arms get tired and I start getting sloppy. I've got a 9x6 Everlast "Elite" (more teardrop shaped), nice bag, it's light, real smooth.
Anyway, sounds like you got some cool new toys! Take it cool.

That bag looks exactly like the 4200 with different name and logo's. Same shape, panels and red plastic bead seams.

Thanks! The Gymboss timer is awesome for Tabata and Interval training!

That title timer is just like my Everlast timer which I have gotten a ton of mileage out of! Great for the money! They now come with MMA round timers as well. The Gymboss however is programmable for Tabata and just about any type of interval training you want and is priced nicely. It is much smaller than the Everlast and Title personal timers but works fine nonetheless and seems like it will last. I got it specifically for this workout and Tabata.

Hey Hey TJ!! what's up!? I got the Timer through Ebay and the bag from Titlemma.com. The bag was on sale for $20.00 and was $27.50 with s&h. The bag is pretty light and hits nice. Good rebounds. I didn't get to spend alot of time with it today, but don't worry I'm gonna beat it stupid! I just found out that this bag shipped out today, I should get it in a couple of days.

It's definitely a nice bag Alan. But since I haven't hit a 4200, I can't make a comparison. There was a used 4200 for sale on Ebay last week for $27.00 and with shipping it would have been $32.00. I was gonna buy it until I saw the post about the Titlemma.com sale. At that point it was a no brainer. The Everlast that I have doesn't have any cracks or signs of stress and when I tried it out it felt pretty darn fast. Fistrolls here I come!!

That Gymboss is nice. I should have got that. Oh well. At my age I should use the 30 seconds for a round time and the 2 minutes for the rest in between.

That Tabata and your shoulder workout vid look killer. My shoulders are just barely keeping up with all the bag hitting let alone with all that extra Tabata, etc. It sucks getting old but it still beats the alternatives.
