Ditto, was wondering that the other day. Hopefully he's immersed in creating a new speed bag routine.

A very talented bagger and up and coming Punch Drummer. IF I remember correctly He really was working the bag beat in his demo's.

He posted a youtube today ... not bag related though (some beautiful footage of the surf in california though). Maybe he's on hiatus or taking a break. I sometimes go up to 30 days without hitting the bag (yes, very hard to do, I usually end up taking the swivels down to accomplish this magnificent feat of self control). I had serious tennis elbow issues last year (root cause was too many pullups), but speed bag was not helping it heal. With some considerable time off, all is well now

Ya! He dropped me a line yesterday too, resopnding to a comment I left on one of his vids, but I left that comment months ago.

There was a period where I was carrying an injured shoulder for a while too, I added a new excercise at the gym and must of gone to hard at it from the outset, Couldn't swing a hammer properly for months. Wasn't so bad for the bag tho, praise the Lord.

Yesterday, in fact, I had my house inspection so I had my work cut out for me. I had to dismount my platform from the wall and hide all my speed bags and spruce the place up a bit , so that meant no bagg'n for the day (I know, how boaring). Well I believe i passed the inspection so today I am going to have to reinstate the SB and make up for lost time .

          Should be fun.

Hello all my bag brothers and sisters!! A lot of frustrating stuff has been goin on lately but things are startin to look up! I'm not hittin the bag as much as I should (just enough to keep the rust down). But I'm startin to feel inspired again by all of the great people on the forum and the great baggin thats been goin on!... Due to my laptop breakin down I have very limited internet access so when I do get online I usually have to focus on takin care of business. I should have a new computer soon. Thanks Roc, Tim, and Alan I too miss all of ya'll at the forum and hope to be back same as usual very soon.......THANKS!!!!!!
