I had the pleasure of meeting up, and bagging with, REALGYMM today. What a great guy...solid, grounded, down-to-earth, honest, family guy. RG owns and operates REALGYMM in Keyport, NJ. Great facility in a great location.
If you get a chance, check out his web site . They do some crazy stuff as part of his cross-fit training. It not just guys, there are many girls that train just as hard. And as you can see from our picture, RG is no light-weight. I didn't take any video, so I can't post any vids of the day. RG did take some, however.
I want to take this time to publically thank him for taking time out of his day and away from his family to spend some time with me today. Just goes to show what type of person he is.
We BS'd for awhile, walked through town (he knew everyone we walked by!!!), had lunch and bagged. He was amazed (as all of us were) when he first saw clips of Alan, Skunk, Dee and the rest. He was the traditional 1-2-3 basic rhythm puncher, but now has started to bag like the rest of us. He's fast too, just look at the pic of him bagging.

ScissorHands was supposed to meet up with us, but he had to work today and couldn't make it. Adam, you missed a great time. I'm looking forward to swinging by and hooking up with him again.

the place i go has no heating, no shower, and no women
but the atmosphere and camaraderie is outstanding and one of the reasons i have been going there for over 20 years
It just goes to show what a Fantastic group of individuals this Forum is made up of ..... Everyone feel free to come by whenever your in the area ...Mi Casa Su Casa!!!!! OH Yeah, Biff thanks for all the tips with my bagging
