    Everlast pro speed bag?

    at the gym i use a cleto reyes small bag, and i wanted to purchase a bag of my own. im was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a bag. i like small bags, i believe 8x5, i want one that moves fast and also what type of hook is best for speed? thanks, kyle

    which removable swivel is best?

    I would go with the red ringside 8x5 size xs bag. Very high quality and faster than the everlast 6x4.

      alright, and how are the U shaped removable swivels? the gym i go to uses these and i wanted to buy a swivel to i could just screw mine on, how are they?

            I like the ubolt kind but iv yet to try a good quality ballhook. the one i hav blows but ther r good ones out ther. My ubolt has a really good back and forth. Is from rival. but the top peice that screws in likes to com undone as does the nut that holds the pin in the bolt. but it has a good action.
