Has Anyone Tried The Everlast Carabiner Swivel Yet?

Just wondering if anyone has had the chance to try out the new Everlast swivel? http://www.ringside.com/prodinfo.asp?number=EVCSS I assume it performs pretty much the same as the regular plastic S swivel, but I wonder if it wears out as fast? Maybe the carabiner is made of better metal? It sure would be nice not to worry about the bag flying off into your face or whatever else is in the path. I've experimented with carabiners in the past and they actually perform pretty well but trying to find one that small with a flat bottom is almost impossible.

I haven't personally but I've seen Zach "speed bag skunk" Ruffo use one and it was smoking. Didn't look like he had any trouble controlling the bag or fighting off "wierd" rebounds. ( you can hear them as miss-hits).

Personally, I just put a strand of thin duct tape over the S-hook opening, which blocks the bag from flying off the hook on miss-hits.

I use the thin double-sided Velcro to wrap around.

        Never thought of that.

Great idea, atgatt. Easy on, easy off. No hassle with the duct tape.

Hmmm. This product wasn't out very long and they are already killing it?
