Great job tim. But I would really like to see some new footage of you going for it. Sorry, but what is PUI?
I was so swamped with errands, packing and time with my kids that I didn't get much time on the bag before Europe. So, as the car waited for me, I filmed myself for about 20 minutes punch drumming on Tues afternoon. James Brown, Metallica and Meshuggah. Now I sit here in Copenhagen after just playing Sweden bumming that I don't see a bag for almost 2 weeks!!!!
I;ll see about posting one of the clips as there are mistakes but that's all I got.....BAG ON

"Cold Beer Baggin". HA!. When the bags rebound after image goes from it's normal "3" to 6 or 7, it's time to stop. The video of such is actually not too impressive and the ratio of "bag to nose" contacts goes up.

Getting back into it.....I had to take time off YET AGAIN!!! This time for a back injury that I have no clue as to how it happened. Work related is a strong possibility. I actually started the normal three rounds this week after being off for a month and a half.

I had some tennis elbow for about 9 months now, but it's now something different... sigh

problem is I can't stay away from the speed bag and the weights long enough for it to really get better.

Sorry about the elbow Tim. I hear ya on not beeing able to stay away. Doctor's orders in my case. I had to take up the yoyo to keep myself from goin batty..I do a pretty mean around the world now, lol. Started practicing guitar again too!
