    speed bag problems solved

    sorted problem of low garage walls there was no where to attach the platform so ive done this instead and its even better than the plaform.There is no vibration at all its very solid.Just wandering what you guys thought?

    WHOA! man what a board! That looks like a massive butcher block. I like the shape of the BBE bag also.

    I think if it works, - hits solid and you enjoy the action - use it. Just need an adjustable standing platform of a few inches of height adjustment ( if others hit or you change bags.)

      im the only one who uses it. Its ok for bag changes and it hits real nice much better than the platform i had and there no need for extra weight ie bags of sand its really good on rebonds no vibration to stop them.

          I think ceiling mount is the most rock solid setup, can't possibly vibrate!!!

          Looks good. Nice looking bag, who sells those ?
