New Everlast Swivel

I noticed that everlast has a new swivel for sale:

My guess is that its performance is very similar to this one:

What do you guys think?

Thats the same guts skunk is using in his set up.
Its about time they got rid of that sh*tty S hook.

That carabiner looks quite lengthy. That's going to slow the rebound down a bit. But on the plus side, the bag will stay put, and it will be easy to change.

I've hit on skunk's carabiner setup and it works quite well. Seen him hit on it too and it worked great for him as well.

I retract my comment about the carabiner being too long. If you look at them side by side, the length may be the same??? or very close if nothing else. I'd love to try one of these.

i have the plastic s one shown on the right of tis pics the one on the left looks a better made version of the slink but would like to try it out for sure could just react the exact same .

thats a great idea if they are the same length. i find my bag falls off ALOT some sessions and was looking into the carabiner idea but just never got to far into it. hopefully they ship to walmart like the old s hooks

I don't think the action would be any different for both the S hook and Carabiner have a metal shaft that goes through the hole in the eye-bolt and limits the amount of "twist" the bag can make.

But it looks like the same eye-bolt screw that goes into the plastic ball, needing the same superglue fix to keep it screwed in.

I also think you could take the carabiner off and just tie the bag to the hole in the eye-bolt.
