Ruffo's gym rocks. I was proud to be there on grand opening day. Skunk's got a really nice setup. Huge place, great setup.

Zach being the dedicated entrepreneur was working the front desk most of the time, so he's not in the pix, but we did spend a few minutes shooting the breeze and hitting the bags. He's got some advanced elbow moves that will blow your mind. I got there early, but by the time I left there were a bunch of guys training boxing, grappling, submissions etc. in the awesome cage he's got.
What a row of speed bag platforms, like heaven on earth!
It was a 3 hour drive for me, so I couldn't stay long, but it was worth the trip. I wished I lived closer, I'd be a member for sure.
If you are anywhere in the vicinity of Lake City FL, you need to check this place out.
