I'm Back!! Wow!! New Speed Bags & Base

Hi All, I am back been gone for about a year, but I just got my new century speed bag base. I got it from Blains Farm and Fleet on close out for $40.00. I added some photos for you guys to see my new setup. I also took photos of each speed bag I have, one is a title 6X9 red, two is a Everlast 5X8, and the third is a century that I am not sure of the size but is a little larger than the 6X9 title. I also got a century coming that is a 7x10. I started with an everlast stand for my speed and heavy bag but had an arm injury the doctor told me to lay off the heavy bag for ever. I sold the set and waited for my arm to recover,,, I was shopping one day and there it was a speed bag base just saying buy me! buy me now!!! I am back into speed bagging and it really feels good to be apart of something so good and good for you. Enjoy the photos and always open for questions!!!

I added two new Speed bags to my collection the Everlast 4214 and the Everlast 4200. To tell you the truth the 4214 gives me the best workout. The bag is big and a little on the heavy side and when I am done I feel the burn in my arms with the 4214. For showing off I like the title best, but the 4200 also works fine. The 4200 seems not to be as true balanced as the title I am still hitting the 4200 hoping it breaks in true. After a few more days if the bag still does not feel true I am going to pull the blatter out and try and repack it... I also will be giving up the century 9X6 and putting it up for sale, because I now have three 9X6 bags and really that is to many. I added new photos of the new bags take a look....the 4214 is a real monster size bag...enjoy!!! "Live to Speed Bag - Speed Bag to Live"

Very nice bracing and wall mount. That's a nice looking Century set. I particularly like the thickness of the U-bar that holds the board and creates the vertical mounts.

      Thanks!

Thanks! It did take some work mounting the boards to the wall making sure that I get out as much vibration as possible. I took about two days to design how I would mount the base. The reason I bought the century was it did look very sturdy and after completing instillation and adding the sand weight to the top of the platform the system is much better than the big and speed bag stand I started with. Again Thanks!!!

          Hi French Guy!!!

The century is not that great.. The bag is heavy and hard to hit. I don't wear gloves so hitting the bag with my hand leaves red marks on my knuckles. My favorite is the title 9x6 red this is NOT the classic. It is light leather and soft to hit. It also has a fast rebound. I use the title more than any of my other bags. The everlast 8x5 for me is to small and way fast, but is also soft leather and does not affect my hands when hitting. My next bag is going to be a 10x7 light leather when I get some extra money....
