    Smaller Speedbags

Haven't gotten on here all too frequently due to school. I have been able to hit the bag about 4 times a week though. I am getting a lot more fluid on the basic combo and fist rolling and i am working on some side and back hits. I am hoping to pick up a smaller bag so i can challenge myself with those two workouts while picking up more sophisticated hits on my larger bag. I have an 11x8 now and was wondering what size and/or brand do you guys recommend for me? I'm not looking for a super tiny one, but still a smaller one. Some of the skinnier and longer ones have intrigued me.
    Any advice helps!

    Thanks!

P.S. Any good mid-level workouts/hits that you use that i might be able to try out?

many people like the long, lean Ringside bags. I've hit a few and they are great bags.

I haven't hit the Addidas, but it looks a bit longer than average per size.

The Tufwear bags are a bit long also.

Stay with the 9x6 or 8x5. Some bags go lower than that but they aren't as easy to hit.

Ok, thanks for the advice, i looked a little bit at ringside and they look pretty nice. I'm definitely going to look into the other brands though too. I haven't had too much spare time on my hands but i've still been able to hit. Out of curiosity whats the smallest bag you've hit? I'm gonna look for a 9x6 or 8x5 like you said.

I hit 6x4. I don't really care for them, and prefer the 8x5.

Thanks Speedbag. Seems like on my Everlast platform I just leave the 8 x 5 constantly on because I like it so much. It's more fun than the 12 x 10 on its own large platform, but like you said in other posts, the large bags are a good power workout.

Matter of fact just recently I thought if there was a smaller bag, how would it work out, but you answered that question and saved me money that I shouldn't be spending now anyway.
