here we go after a few years of hitting the speed bag (front punches only) i am back to basics and boy is that tough it has made me impatient and want to only use front punches but im in for the long haul any advise would be much appreciated i love the bag

If you are speaking about learning to punch from all sides of the bag, Then it helps to know the secret is the position of the bag, and the position of your arms. Both can be seen here.

You can also do the Elbow Strikes from the front of the bag.
