trying to do combos but cant seam to get the timing can equiment help i have a basic everlast bag #4215 and everlast swivel and board mounted well iam ok at basic forward punches am i trying combos to soon ?

Hi Cad 101.

The phrase "..trying to do combo's" can mean a lot of things and it is hard to decipher what exactly you are trying to do. With hundreds of combinations possible, it is hard to give any advice. I would say that if your equipment is pretty well mounted and stable than the problem is probably not due to the equipment. Work on the timing of your basic forward punches, going faster and slower until you have great control at any force and speed. All the other techniques and combinations will include those basic movements and fist contacts so it is never a waste of time doing those.
