Which speed bag is better? (Cleto Reyes Speed Bag or Grant Professional Speed Bag)

    Hello,

I would like to buy a new 5x8 speed bag from Ringside.com, and targeting two speed bag - Cleto Reyes and Grant Professional.

As I see their price are the same, both are in US$79.99, but do not know which quality is better. I saw some professional boxer is use Cleto Reyes speed bag. Do you know that is the speed bag from Cleto Reyes is better than Grant Professional?

I prefer the bag has fast and smooth rebound.

P.S.: Grant Professional seems did not offer 5x8, since the description did not mension it and only offered Small size (I think small since should be 6x9?)

    Cleto Reyes's one: http://www.ringside.com/DETAIL.ASPX?ID=25222
    Grant Professional's one: http://www.ringside.com/detail.aspx?ID=25852

    Many thanks All!!

From what I have seen, "Small" is normally 8x5, 7x4 or 6x4

I don't see a lot of difference in the two, and they almost look like mirror images of each other (reverse in direction of pictures).

I have hit Cleto's and they are good bags. I have not hit the larger Grant bags. I expect that you can get a high quality bag for less, but if you want those brands I would go with Cleto Reyes.

I think saying one bag is "better" is kind of relative to what people have experience with. There are so many different brands, shapes and prices, it is hard to say the one particular bag is "better" than another. It is easier to say "I like this one more than that one..."

Hi Kelvin i have a Cleto Reyes size small!! 6x9 i tried the extra small 5x8 but it was tiny!! the smallest bag i have ever seen the 6x9 Cleto is the same as most other 5x8 bags! it is a top quality bag, there are some pictures on my profile page, the only slight negative note is it has a long loop! but then that's just a matter of taste, hope this helps.
