    Re-Start

    Almost 20 years in this forum. I found this place by following Ross Enamait if I remember correctly. I built a platform for a single speed bag and dragged it to North Carolina and back to Tennessee. And there it sat. Mr. Khan popped up in my Instagram feed recently, and I was like, get back at it. Pumped it up today and took a few swings. It’s time to get going again. 62 years old.

          I do remember those RossBoxing forum days! that's a throw back to ..waaay back.
