Thursday 7/18 - Setup Day

WE NEED HELP WITH:

9am - Whenever we are done

* Picking up rental chairs / tables
* Setting up equipment
* Hanging custom speed bag drums
* Moving equipment to the 3rd floor
* Testing€ everything


Friday 7/19 - Freestyle day (Open Schedule)

There are no formal events on Friday, but come hang out and:

9am - Whenever

* Punch the many different speed bags we have
* Practice a bit on the iSpeedBag app and the Speed Demon
* Chat with other bagging enthusiasts

7pm - Dinner at McDonoughs Pub (Walking distance)

9pm - Midnight - Come punch drum the night away. We'll be bagging to some great tunes.

Saturday 7/20 - The MAIN EVENT

7am - Gym is open - beat the crowd and chat and hang out
10 am - Start Qualifying for Speed Demon and iSpeedBag contests.
12 Noon - Pizza Party
2pm - Group Photo
3pm - Cake Time!
3:30pm - 6pm - Contests Finals

1. Speed Demon - Most Rebounds in 1 Minute (any style). Top 3 contestants will battle it out.
2. Speed Demon - Fastest Fist Roll (Must do a FRONT FIST ROLL) for 1 minute. $$$ CASH PRIZE $$$
3. iSpeedBag - Max Power - One big PUNCH is all it takes. Top 3 contestants will battle it out.
4. iSpeedBag - PULLIN'€™ ROPE - Biggest score punching boxing style "rope pulling"€ WINS. Top 3 contestants will battle it out.
5. iSpeedBag - AROUND THE BAG - Think you are the SIDE Punching champ? Come PROVE It for a prize. Top 3 contestants will battle it out.

6pm - Equipment Raffle for Wounded Warrior charity
7pm - Dinner at McDonoughs Pub (Walking Distance)

9pm - Midnight - Come hang out and punch the night away

Sunday 7/21 - Wrap Up

7am - Gym is open - come chat and punch
10am - Breakfast at Noras
11am - 1pm Teardown and pack equipment away for NEXT YEAR.

I know it's a lot of work to record, edit and put together a good presentation of an event, hope you do it again this year, it's something that all of us who can't attend look forward too.

The past few years we've had the benefit of Edward (semi-pro photographer) documenting the event. I'm not sure if he will be in attendance this year. But, we'll see what we can do!

Awesome! We can meet up at the gym. I'll be there all day. We come in Wednesday mid-day.
