What a great blast from the past!

Every year has been a good time - but there was a special magic to that first one. We really weren't sure it would work... will people stand around and hit the speed bag for 3 days???

The answer is YES - they will and they'll LOVE it.

(Of course it's really the camaraderie of the bag)

Thanks "Dutchman" for expressing that so well, my thoughts exactly since I jointed the Fourm and thank you all so much for allowing all of us who can't be there to enjoy what you enjoyed so much and took the time to share it with us. Right on "Dutchman".

Since you first posted.. many years ago - you have been a forum member I sincerely want to meet. Your knowledge of speed bag history and equipment is far and away THE most incredible and your support of this forum AND the speed bag community has been 110%. One of these days, my friend, we will meet under the same board.

The majority of the knowledge I have has come from the "Dutchman" I keep checking out what he says and he always right. It's almost like we should have a sperate category called "Stump the Dutchman"

LOL. I learned my lesson on that long ago. I dare say that is impossible. He searches the deep dark web with secret places to find answers about speed bag trivia and equipment issues that the rest of us don't know about. OR... he has the single largest encyclopedia of speed bag knowledge known to man. Either way, I cannot remember a question he could not come up with an accurate answer on.
