    New speed bag platform

I had a ruptured brain aneurysm at the age of 62 in December 2019. I spent 45 days in the hospital with another month of outpatient physical therapy. So I decided to retire and bought this beast of a speed bag platform to help me bring my mind back. Winter's coming in Michigan so I hope this works! I've never been good at this, but now that I have the time, I want to try to focus and do speed bag bible style hitting.

wattsnot - Hang in there and keep up the Battle. I stepped away from my workouts for 2 years recently fighting stage 3 cancer myself. Now being checked and monitored but all clear and back banging on the bags

I hope you find as much enjoyment in this as we all do.
Must be Michigan. You have a heater mounted to the wall.
