    Hi Guy's.

Been giving this some consideration and just wanted to know if you guy's have ever used one or know what they're like.

I'm thinking the concept itself has been around for a long time and some would be better than others. I guess it could come down to quality or brand name.

Any info would be much obliged.

    Reflex Bag

    Morning Roc,

Not sure if my last post got through but here goes again. You can type reflex bag in the search section of the forum and get some good info. There is also a video. I bought one from Ringside about 6 months ago and it's become a really fun part of my routine. It's called a Pro Model Cobra reflex Bag. It kinda mimics a double ended bag. It cost me 119.99 plus shipping. I really enjoy mine and give it 3 stars. 5 stars being the SPEED BAG!

I've had a Title Reflex bag on my back porch for 5 years now. I really like it for quick hits (light, fast punching) and kicking. You can do all four of the Speed Bag Front Fist Techniques, as well as the outward and inward elbow strikes. It has a rhythmic feature to it, timing the spring recoils.

I also use it quite a bit for rehab after shoulder surgeries, grapping the bar and push/pulling the recoil spring, as well as doing shoulder circles from the joint.

I really like it. Just know that it is for light quickness, not power punching.
