How do I let air out of a bag?

I have an Everlast Professional 8x5 that I think I overinflated.It is pretty rock hard.How do I let some air out? Thanks

rockadoo22 - Simply wet the bladder valve needle and insert into the valve. Allow out only the amount of air you want and then pull out the needle.

If you let too much out, just pump in some more air.

ThanksI did just that.I was afraid to insert it all the waym,but it doesn't let air out unless you do that.

My speed bags always tell me it's not the size of the needle, but the power of the air pump that counts.



....especially if the air pump is disconnected.
