    Shortening Loop

First attempt at shortening a loop. Turned out well, I maybe could have shorted it a bit more.

I figured I'd add this question to this thread. My old Everlast bags, the 4213 for example, have an extremely narrow loop. I find that my swivels( mostly newer) seem to be designed to accommodate today's wider loops. Anyone know any tricks to make these more stable
I'm considering replacing with wider loops.

How have you shortened the loop? I have never seen that before.

Hi Mickey, I did some searching on the forum.

hopefully that link works, I studied it to learn. You get a stitch remover, some Chicago screws. Remove the old loop and drill or punch new holes in the bag and/or loop.

          hope this helps

If you can track down my 'Practice Clips' thread, you should find a clip of me hitting it with the original loop.

here is a link to how it reacts after shortening loop.

Did the baby Aries today, you can see the difference between the two factory loops and the modified loop.
