    Improving

Alan Khan's DVD and book are awesome! from being a total speedbag klutz I can now drum faster than any of my friends

I know improvement isn't about being better than others, but on becoming better than you were, but going from near total incompetence to being able to drum faster than I can count when all of my friends are still where they were 6 months ago is a real buzz!

    Thanks Alan!

I couldn't agree more! Both have been a great help for me. I'm still a rookie, but there is no way I would have progressed to this point, this quickly, without them.

    Well worth the investment.

Great insight, Dave. I couldn't have said it better myself.

...and you're welcome. I did it all to find and help people like you.

I always knew they were out there, so you're one of those making my speed bag dreams come true also.

thanks to you and many others that are believing in my system, and taking the time and discipline to give it a chance. You're living proof that it works, but not without your many hours under the board.

I have been dedicated to practice, but there's no way I could've done more than 20 hours all up so far (probably more like 10 - 12) and in that time I've seen more improvement than I thought possible.

I got back into the speed bag after Christmas and the improvement since then is amazing. When I started, doing a 3 min round was really tough and now I do 18 three min rounds about 5 days a week. The combinations I am starting to put together really make me feel great and teaching my daughter to hit the speed bag, it is really rewarding to watch her improve. None of this would have been possible without the help and support of Alan, Tim, Zach and all the other great folks here on the Speedbag forum.
          Kudos to all
          Thanks

Hey, you should make the first video of speed bag underwater. Now THAT would be cool!
