Custom made speedbag platform

Anyone near Hoboken there is a custom made speedbag platform listed on EBay that looks interesting. It's been up for awhile so the owner may want to deal. I found it listed under Cleto Reyes punching bags. It is listed as originating from Gleason's Gym. It's for local pickup only and looks interesting. The drum is 3 inches thick and is adjustable by a handcrank. Seller is CKOkickboxing (a gym owner). I have no connection to this. I just found the platform really interesting.
It looks as if the unit was partially supported by a chain leading from the frame. I would guess this is a very heavy platform.

The hardware looks like it was salvaged from an Everlast platform. The board itself is not original, thus the "custom" designation. Nice looking work tho, if they can prove the provenance it may be worth the four bill asking price.
