    My first speed bag setup

    finally got it finished and mounted to the ceiling in my basement.

        Thickest board I've ever seen. Nice.

        Does the bottom of the bag actually come about at the bottom of your chin? It appears as if your ceiling is about 7 feet high and the bottom of your bag is about 5 and a half feet. Anyway, is it a good height for you?

          thanks guy's my basement ceiling is very low 6ft 4"in to be exact the bottom of the 6x9 bag is even with the bottom of my chin.
