Yeah, the gym and speed bag units look awesome. Great hitting. I really like how you follow a left fist front punch with an opposite arm Outward Elbow motion, (usually a triple). Kind of like a Left-Front Straight Punch with a Right leading outward triple Elbow.

          ..L..........R-R/L
          FSP ' ' ' O-TES

or a more advanced combo on ONE rebound.

          FSP ' O-TES

The FSP could also be a Front Circle Punch (FCP) and it still works but it really looks kinda unique.

          I'm gonna work on that...

You kept the bag on beat in "double time" there toward the end, which is moving out on that song.

Great work man. And since when in my life time has Journey become "old school?"

So what gloves were you using in that video?

Yeah, that counts. Those grown up in the 80's are now old school.

Once again, amazing work there Skunk.

What does that make me, I grew up in the 70's and was in the Marine Corps in 1980. I still consider myself young, this is a real eyeopener...lol

I got glasses when I mistook the viagra for rogaine. Made My hair stand on end for over 4 hours, and had to call the barber to meet me at the hospital.

Just kidding. I've still got every hair I was born with.
