A free speed bag training seminar, featuring Zach Ruffo, speed bag master.

Demonstrations and hands on instruction will be given. Stop by anytime during the hours below. No experience required, come learn how challenging and fun the speed bag can be. While you're there, check out LA Boxing's fabulous training facilities and talk to their trainers.

If this EVER comes to the Chicago area I will be more than happy to make it. I'll even burn a sick day, especially if you Skunk, Tim or Alan will be there!! Actualy it would be cool to meet anyone who has posted here. But Florida is bit out of my reach presently (no pun). Would love to go but oh well. I'll keep checking for one closer to home

but for more recent news: My nephew just got back stateside from Bagdad, and will be living in Chicago. After 15 months away from his fiancee, I have a feeling I may be up there sooner for a wedding.

This month, we be partying in Michigan Oct. 20th for his welcome home, at My Brothers Cafe.
