Baggin on my new bag..

Getting better everyday. I've had that bag for 1 week now and at first I didn't really like it. The leather was too hard and the rebound was slower than my 6x9 title classic. It took a good four days of beating on it for it to really soften up. Now it's my favorite bag. :

Excellent baggin'!
...but I'm going against the fray here...I personally like the black bladders on both the yellow Title & Fighting Sports. I like to hit the bag with force & like the added resistance. Lately I've just been hitting the Balazs XS bag...it takes a firm punch to keep that baby going (...and I like that!). Just one man's opinion...keep doing what your doing!Art of the Bag - A Speed Bag Story

Originally posted by ventanakaz...Trust me you'll like the bag much better, You should also change the bladder on your classic too, It will perform better too, I change out my bladders on all my bags that come with the black bladder, It is worth the little trouble and time to swap out those bladders, You'll Love them bags much more afterwards

That said my new bladders showed up today and I just finished installing the one in my 5x8. What a hassle!!!! I am in no rush to do that over again. Even though I bought 2 more for my other bags. To make things worse it's almost 10pm and my kid is asleep so I can't even hit it!!! Gonna have fun tomorrow though.

I took a bunch of training, on and off over the years for boxing, MMA and Muay Thai. Always was pretty good at hitting a speed bag, but I never knew all the different things you could do with it.
Those bladders make a difference. I just started putting them into my bags, and they added much more snap to em. I didn't rubber cement the bottoms though. Just jammed em in there. No problem yet. Knock on wood.

The nice thing about using rubber cement is that it's not permanent. The trick is to apply it only on the area around the valve that has cloth on it. Do Not get it on the bladder itself. Title now includes an instructional pamphlet on how to remove and install the bladder when you buy them.
