I have to apologize to Joe (Zaza). He's been saying he had perfected his bag concentration to the point that when he's punching he could envision Matthew hitting the bag, and sometimes the vision of Matthew on the bag would actually appear next to him, like in a mirror.

He's been saying this for a while, (zones out and envisions Matt in his mind...) and I thought he was a little.....hmmm... well he is an old rock and roll bass player, sort of...coo coo for co-co puffs if you know what I mean ,

But he demonstrated it at the gathering. Amazing.
