Smooth indeed. I really liked the whole video but especially the spin he puts on the bag using an open palm at 0:41.

that move was learned in Reno, taught by Dee Pooler. I have the video of the lesson...

He mastered it, and I see the side punch to circle punch shadow also (:15-:16)
