Yep, a member and possibly THE new world record holder of non-stop speed bag punching. Heather in UK set the record first at 30+ hours. I believe Luke here broke that record and is awaiting confirmation from Guinness.

No shortage of skills in his baggin' arsenal either. He's rippin' it from all directions.
