forward and reverse on front and reverse fist roll

Forward and reversing the direction on front and reverse fist rolling.
Hard part is remembering which way you were intending to spin.

Chucking a few elbow combos in coming out of the reverse direction reverse fist roll.

Still early days but I will keep trying.

    Bag on...

    Great work.

Here's one to contemplate: The "normal" fist-over-fist motion of a Front Fist Roll (F-Roll) is the same as Reversing direction of the Reverse Fist Roll (R-Roll).

Try this. (1) put your fists up in front of your mouth and do a "normal" fist-over-fist motion of a Front Fist Roll (F-Roll). Notice how the "next punch" comes from over the last fist.

Now (2) keep that same motion going and extend your arms outward, as if they were behind the bag. Now you will see the "next fist" to hit the (imaginary) bag would be "from under the last one". This would be a reverse-direction R-Roll.

Notice your fist movement didn't change, you only extended your arms to put the fists behind the bag. Only your location from (1) in front of the bag to (2) behind the bag. yea, I know.

It also works in reverse. Do a normal direction R-Roll (fist over fist), keep that motion going and bring them to the front of the bag and it is a Reverse direction front roll with the next punch coming from underneath.

    * To really master the Reverse Direction Rolls I also think you should trying single and double fist linking "from" and "to" the reverse direction Roll. Try this: Do a Front Fist Roll, then reverse the direction. Now from the reverse direction Roll, link a single fist through the bag and return doing the same reverse direction Roll. Do it with both fists. Now, link both fists through from the Reverse Direction Front Fist Roll. Kind of like doing a Reverse Double Punch (RDP), double fist link to Front Fist Roll (F-Roll) reverse direction.

If you can do that, try doing the Reverse Direction (F-Roll), linking to a Side Single Punch (SSP) on one rebound.

The point is to master the Reverse direction Rolls, you should be able to get "into it" and "out of it" from any other technique you can do with the normal direction fist rolls.

It is not as easy as it sound.
