    I've watched this a few times...and it's a great video for teaching. Good camera angle and skills shown.


    any ideas why your hands "slip" off the bag sometimes and you kind of break down, every 8-10 punches? Maybe not break down to a "stop and start over" but certainly needing an adjustment to recapture control.

      lack of coordination from lack of practice I reckon. And maybe I was a little tired up to that point too. That never happens to you?

        Yes, that has happened to me, punching to the point of exhaustion, but I don't think that is the reason for the earlier references made about "breaking down". From a viewer standpoint (watching a video) it is hard to guage someones actual level of fatigue. You don't appear to be struggling to hold your arms up, and you don't appear to be punching like a person who is exhausted. Your control and consistency is very good for the Front Fist Roll (:21-32) but listen to the bag sounds before and after. listen for the changes in volume and speed. The eyes can lie when watching someone hit the bag. The ears do not.
