Good job skunk, you're providing a great service to baggers everywhere. One problem; you make it look too easy homey.

Hey Skunk, let me offer you a bit of advice on your split fist combo...

I would suggest changing your "front" fist position from the Circle Punch to Straight Punch Position, hitting over the front knuckles. I think you will find you will go much faster and have more control. Check out video #4 at least, that is my preference...

...And, you can easily vary the Front Punch to a Side Single Punch, moving your split fist combo to a Side-to-Side.

Here is what happens. Front Fist (R) hits in Straight Punch postion, then shift slight to the right side position. It does this AS the (L)Reverse fist hits the back of the bag and shifts slightly to the left. The front fist (Right) moves in from the Side, (sending the bag sideways). This slight shift to a Side Single Punch is really easy with a Front straight Punch fist position, (* a little more difficult with a Circle Punch fist position). The Left fist ( was behind) now comes in from the other side. In the side - side position, you can move either fist to the front or back. This happens really quick, is very subtle and suddenly your in Side-to-Side split.
