Speedbag tips from Everlast

So I bought a speedbag on Ebay and it came with a swivel. New in the box, but from 1985 or so and a beat up box.
I did notice that the factory put some interesting how-to and a list of the Everlast Hall of Fame. here they are.

I read that back in the 1980s, the tap dancer words stuck with me, but until the Internet never knew about the true possibilities of the speed bag. I ran across the 1980s Everlast bladder replacement instructions the other day, I should scan it and post it, nothing amazing, but it's a piece of history.

I had several of those little inserts also. That is one reason why I kept working on the book for seven plus years. I figured the people who want to learn the speed bag deserved something better than that insert.
