Thanks Zaza. A old Everlast ballhook is on the platform right next to the ubolt. I do like the ball hook for music and will be making the total change over soon. My first swivel was the u-bolt and still like it in some ways.

That's a really nice display of your skills, swfl. Boy, you sure have the reverse punching down. That's not an easy punch to do… I can do them, but sometimes I'll get a mental block and can't do more than a couple punches at a time. Nice rhythm, too.
