Spinning Elbows

I decided it was time to practice Spinning Elbows on the bag.
I can only do a few before I fall into the tripod (no matter where I put it).

Great job!! Not only spinning elbows but you lead with a four piece combo. Yes the footwork is hardest, its almost like dancing.
