Amazing progress. Very impressive mix of techniques and combinations, using front, back and sides of bag with fists and elbows. Great arm positions for linking (passing fists through bag..) a little wavy on the shoulders side to side double punching, but that will smooth out with practice. Speed and power all sounding repetitively perfect, not a lot of mis-hits on bag or "chanking" the swivel upwards. Some good phantom punches and directional changes on fist rolling...... I'd say you're well on your way to mastery.

That (punch drumming (tm) to music) will come in time, as you learn to feel the bag beat and learn to manipulate it. Learning to control the fists, elbows, techniques and combinations is one thing - Internalizing the different sounds they make and learning to manipulate and express those bag sounds in a rhythm beat, and matching that beat to music of different genres and speeds, is another. It is not necessarily HARD, but it is expressively different than just wailing away, fast or slow, on a speed bag.

But I'm betting that you'll be doing it in no time...
