I would agree with Dutchman. Your swivel has that nice offset "S" hook and if memory serves that is from before the mid to late 70's. When I got back into serious bagging in the mid 1980's all the everlast "S" hooks (still have a few) were a straight "S", not the offset style. I have a couple like that also but I got them off ebay sales a few years ago. I really like the Offset S as it makes it easier to accomodate the thick loops of modern bags. It also has the ball sunk right up next to the housing so very little shank is showing.
its not on e-bay anymore . i bought it 2 weeks ago
it was very dirty .i cleaned it and it looks prety now . it seems like that its much better material (heavy) like the other swivel i got .
thank you guys for the informations !!!
p.s.hope i can post pictures of my platform soon ,still working on it : sunday i gonna weld it,hope next week i can bring it to the powder coater
by the looks of the flange around the housing it has seen a few workouts. Yes, the one I have just like it is noticeable heavier than the later models. I think the went to a cheaper, lighter grade steel than these are.
