Notice how turning the hat around affects her elbow strikes. Hmmm, don't think Alan has written about that...

wait... she's hitting a speed bag.... I must have missed that part...I'll have to go back and watch it a few hundred more times!

Actually, I'd love to see more women getting into the bag. This young lady is on the right track.

I left a comment on YouTube. I think it's awesome that she's hitting on the U-bolt. I know the ballhook is the go to swivel for all around hitting and control but seeing how baggers like Scissorhands smokes on the ubolt, brings back one of the first lessons I learned from Alan's website: the speedbag is actually a "control" bag. Learning to control the bag is key to good speed. Scissors does it on the ubolt with ease, this young lady also. I love my ballhooks, but Ihave been messing aroung on my chainlink. Even modified it by removing the middle link. Not ripping on the ballhook, (love my jumpcannon powermill & actually I wanna save up and try one those Deville swivels) I just think that once you have great control, you rock on pretty much any swivel that ain't rusted solid. Just my opinion.
