    Continuous 4-way Elbows

I broke out the camera the other night to see how my continuous 4-ways are looking. When I saw Skunks Continuous 4-way elbow video, it inspired me to practice this move more often.

I still need lots of practice, but I'm slowly improving. I find my waistline has tightened up, and all my strikes have a little extra snap and power now.

I just wanted to say hello, and let my speed bag friends know I'm still banging away. I enjoy looking through the forum, and I'm going to get around to ordering one of those Deville Swivels soon.

Right now it's time to prepare for some serious fishing. The Stripers will be migrating down the East Coast soon.

Very smooth and even. I'd say you've got it.

Nice Jake! I'm still struggling with consistency on the 4-ways.
Try throwing a phantom under one or both of the outer elbows. You've easily got that in you. Let us see.
