ugh oh. posting in the wrong forum will cost you three demerits. (TIM, put PD down for 3 demerits.)

But your punch drumming is really nice! That's a cool song to hit to and I like that helicopter spin/catch on purpose at 2:05 was really killer. Really nice control there.

    You watching, SpeedbagAtaraxis?

ps: PD, I'm still hanging with my earlier belief that your swivel is giving you grief on control. Trust me on this, at least 50% of your misses or near misses are due to that swivel. I know it's Passe to blame the equipment, but there are times when the swivel or bag shape can really mess with the rebound angles. In this case, your bag is fine and it IS that U-bolt. I've seen you punch a few times and you have much more control and super timing to be struggling as much at times, and I'm sticking with that swivel as causing a lot of your grief. It may take you a few days to acclimate to a ballhook, but IMO your work and control around the bag is going to skyrocket as a result, as well as the ability to add in side techniques, which I don't see here.

    Great vid. keep punching!
