Loved the smile when you took the hat off to hit your head.

keep practicing. Try to keep your hands a little higher and swing a little more level on the double fist pass throughs (Front Double Punch to Reverse Double Punch: FDP ' ' RDP). Your hands really go low behind the bag and come back up. Look at the bricks behind the back and notice how your hands drop 3 or 4 bricks. It will be easier if you keep them level.

First time I've seen that done Purposely anyways... I've done the "front single nose" strike but never on purpose

Give yourself sometime to rest. Your shoulders hurting like you describe is a sign you've punched enough. This is not a race and the bag will welcome you back when you're rested. You don't want to overdo it and end up with *Chronic Shoulder Pain

(* it's no fun, believe me...)

            good work

good work shaunx. your getting better for sure, what i have noticed is that u are knowing your linking punches going back and forth through the bag, and keeping your arms up good and passing through the bag perfect but when u start hitting normal punches or doubles it seems thats when u drop your arms. Rememebr arms always UP!! I liked the headbutt as well lol reminds me of when i had no tattoos for the most part and i was just getting good at the speed bag when i first made my headbutt video and here it is "notice how long ago it was made no tats" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LtbZBi8bFc
