You should eventually get THE SPEED BAG BIBLE.
I'm a monkey see monkey do kind of guy. I was a little overwhelmed with the bible at first. But it's a must have book. Once you start to figure things out, the bible becomes much easier to understand.

Hey Jake, I know exactly how you feel.

If you think reading and figuring out "The Speed Bag Bible" is a little overwhelming than you should try writing it.

But I had it in reverse: You have to read it and figure it out
I had to figure it out, then write it.

LOL (get your own bag) that reminds me i have a neighbors friend that comes by once in awhile and comes over to ask if she can hit the bag when ever i'm out there baggin and i have to tell her to make sure you take your rings off before you hit, also don't hit my bag with your long nails...ralph

You bet. Any ring other than a rebound ring is bad for a speed bag, and any speed bag is bad for a watch.
