I remember Juxt went more than 4 min ripping the leather. Nova nice film.

I'm missing that "zero" return part, (not sure what you mean..)
but his whole sequence from 3:19 - 3:30 is pretty amazing speed bag work.

I have hit the board without a rebound, but I'd call that a miss. If you hit the bag without a rebound, either you hit it twice before it hit the board, which is almost impossible, (even for skunk) or you mis-hit it, causing bag to helipcopter around under the board, and hit it again, but I'd still call that a miss.


G-Town, I really love you man, but I think it's time for you to go to Speed Bag Rehab. You're starting to have hallucinations or something.



Next thing we know, you'll be telling us it's possible to change the accent patterns in a Front Front Fist Roll, hitting certain punches a bit harder to make the louder, but keeping the bag speed the same.

lol, the hook/backhand fistroll. I had a little trouble in that video but i got it down a little better now. glad u liked that combo G.

I actually did invent a zero rebound pattern though. I called it "the mute" lol, i remember showing a few people at sbII. its a side to side combo with the hands kept high up by the drum and striking downward.

btw G, get ready for a mini gathering at real gymm on saturday. Its pretty much definite. I texted donnie he said its cool to use the gym on saturday for a mini gathering and its cool to advertise the gathering on the forum. so possibly
get a couple more baggers.
