Hammer you have awesome control of transitions between Downward Triples and Side Double Punches. Great arm positions and swinging movements. Looks like your cutting warm butter. Great combo's on a shaky platform. Truth is, once you feel the flow of the pole swaying, you can use it to your own advantage.

Great. If it's simple, quick and effective you can change speed bag history. The world really needs a system to stablize a free standing frame. I get a lot of email requests wanting advice on free standing frames. I cannot recommend a single one in their current state. Maybe you can provide solution.

Mission accomplished on the speed brother. That was some fast punching and a great variety of techniques.

I predict you'll go far with this, and quickly. You're a natural and you put the effort in. Practice makes perfect indeed.

Looking very sharp on the bag, I have a free standing set up too. I minimized some movement by stuffing the legs under a bunch of storage boxes in a closet (so the setup juts out of the closet into the room)

Anyway, you transition really well from different strikes and it looks like you've put in a lot of work!
