Now THAT'S what I call an ADJUSTABLE SPEED BAG PLATFORM!.

simply unreal idea! Break time at work has a whole new meaning..

And your baggin' is superb. Smooth, even, great arm and elbow positions.... You make it look easy.

I loved the finishing "shadow punch" at the end.... I screen captured some frames to show below. ( can't pass up a great teaching moment....)

I already had the drum sitting in my garage, so I just had to make the steel attachment. It really is pretty sweet; Safe, maybe not. But if there is ever a convention in Houston, the speed bag forklift will be Center Court.

Love it! And love your ingenuity, aad! Looks like the person looking on in the background was amused. Very well done video clip too. And, like Alan, said, nice "shadow punch" at the end.

Can't wait to see what you'll come up with next.

Glad y'all get a kick out of this idea. Sometimes before leaving work, I get the itch to put in 10 or 15 minutes on the forklift platform. Tichy taught me the phantom punch when he was in San Antonio. He is a master at throwing the phantom, and having a seamless follow-up punch to keep a consistent flow.
