The swivel looks like a u-bolt mated to a standard 4-bolt flange bearing. Those bearing assemblies are heavy duty units, and I find they have a bit too much resistance to turning for lighter bags, but this doesn't matter at all if you are Speed Bag Mike...

Speed Bag Mike is yet another bagger I'd like to see on the big screen. With Mike, you don't need CGI, he's a special effect unto himself.
