Hey guys.

I've been haunting this forum for a little while and you guys inspired me to(finally) build a box to hang the bag my wife bought me for x-mas LAST year.
I'm 41 and suck a lot worse than I thought I would. Ha!

I took pictures that I'll post when I figure all that out.

My brother and I made and hung this the night before last. It's exactly one inch too high for me. So, I'm adding more plywood. Win/Win!

That platform looks tight, I seriously thought about dropping down from the ceilng like that but it seemed like too much work. I'm jealous. I would love to be able to move around the bag in 360 degrees like that. So if you post any vids you better be dancing in circles around that thing!

if you want to save yourself the trouble of adding more plywood - you can simply stand on the plywood itself andraise your body an inch.

A very cool looking speed bag rig. Yes sir, that 360 degree movement is very enticing. Great design too. I'm looking forward to seeing and hearing how it hits.
